Alfa 156 GTA

8 Hours later ....

Hey guys did a full detail on my GTA after spending 8 hours and doing the following this is what i have

1 pass with Meguiars fine cut cleaner using a random orbital buffer
1 pass with Meguiars swirl remover using a random orbital buffer
1 pass with Meguiars deep crystal system polish by hand
1 pass autoglym super resin polish by hand
2 pass of NXT tech wax by hand

Nice....

I always want to try the Random Orbital but worry about it is too agreessive to take the gloss off. Can I ask how do you use it and which brand you use?.

Easy to use mate. just buy a bosch 400pex from bunnings about $150 and buy the meg polish pad from auto one and places like that. u wont burn the paint. if u use a rotory u will but not with a random orbital sander check out this site

Hey crash why not i enjoy it.

i hope it doesnt rain i wont have traction i need new tyres

Yeah there will be some nice cars comming im keen to see yours with the quads. i told bulli to come but he has to work.

You guys are so lucky to be blessed with good weather for most of the year....the rain and muck always ruins my polishing efforts in a matter of days...

Are you using one of the pads on this page and if so how do you attach to the Bosch random orbital buffer????

Looking very good! I got my car glazed, and had to wait 2 days for the chemical process to stop before I could wash her, finally I get to wash her, plan to take her out to get some pics of her nice and shiny, it rains for the first time in 6 months...
