159 Gta

Sorry if this is a re-post.
Pics are in this weeks autoexpress guys. Nice shiny back one apart from the modified front bumper with mesh along the bottom and nice wheels it looks like any ordinary 159 (as if there is such a thing ).
Write up says it`s 4w drive and uses a tuned version of the 3.2 260 ps engine.

Re: 159 Gta

Still all speculation then - it's going to be a 6-cylinder normally aspirated V8 with twin turbos from what I've read

I'm hoping for no turbos, a sensible weight, and a sensible price, plus improved performance from the last version. Here's hoping...

Re: 159 Gta

From what I heard they're aiming it more at S4 and M3 sort of levels, which should mean 340BHp + . They've also got the 4wd platfrom to handle all this power.

Re: 159 Gta

The new M3 will be over 400 bhp, don`t think the GTA will break 300 (unfortunately, now it has 4wd it`s crying out for more power)

Re: 159 Gta

Any plans I have seen for the GTA do mention either a twin turbo or maserati V8 so it should be reasonably fast...
