Fishy Bros have come up trumps they've got the new box and the old girl is booked in Thursday. Strange how this time things seem to be happening faster. Fingers crossed though, there's still time for it to all go t1t's up

I got an opinion from B&W just in case anything fishy hapened with Captain Birds Eye and friend (Fish Bros). In fact I suggested that B&W phone Fish Bros in advance of my call. FB were quick to book me in and as you know got the new (recon) box. Will drop the car off tomorrow, so fingers, legs, toes, everything crossed!!

Oh no look what's happened............. Look what Fishy Bros have done to my GTA....

Still only took 20 quid to fill it up!!!

Fishy Bros turned the job round ina day and a half. At one point though they were talking about replacing the clutch (again) and wated to charge me for it This was left as a voice mail and by the time I'd called them they had used the one already fitted (since it was replaced 2k miles ago with box No 2). Part of me wanted them to try and charge me, just for the sport. It would not have been pretty in Swindon had they tried

Have to say though, this box feels completely different to the last 'new' one. Not as stiff (the last one loosened up after about 400 miles), but I'm not conviced about reverse seems reluctant at times.

All I need now are some new boots and I can give her a real workout.
