Mitch's new Snotgreen super wagon
Picked Alfa number four this morning, finally done it big time now. Ok the colour may not be to some peoples taste, but boy does it go, and I won't keep seeing them on every street corner either

I got my 156 there from Tim. Good bloke to deal with & a pretty good garage all round. They should be added to Alfa's list!
Good luck with it!

Nice super wagon, Mitch!
I'm curious, is the interior black?

Congrats Mitch,
Nice colour, it was on my list for the 147 GTA. Has it got the Imola leather ?

Re: Mitch's new Snotgreen super wagon
Hi guys, quick post cos it's a bit hectic here today.
The interior is Black on Black, with a bit of Black thrown in. Would have liked a different colour, perhaps the natural Leather insets, but that's the price of buying used. The Sunroof helps to lift the interior, really unusual on a GTA that, it isn't even listed as an option in my price list.
the Satnavs fun, but who ever forked out £1250.00 for it must have had a lobeotomy
It certainly does snot along, took my Brother out for ride last night and he was well impressed with thr grunt. He has an Imprezza PPP, which might technically be quicker, but the GTA's power is there when ever you call upon it what ever gear, something you can't say for the turbo'd scoobie.
Still getting used to the colour myself, I understand there are only three in the country and as I said I would have preferred many other colours, but I think it's going to grow on me, it looks particularly good under street lighting
Won't be changing my name though, still got a 1750 GT 'Veloce'
Now if I could only afford a Guilia GTA as well then.......

Re: Mitch's new Snotgreen super wagon
Nice one mitch, I guessed it was sold as it wasn't in the local paper anymore, she really is a mint car, had a good look at it myself when mine was there for a service a few weeks ago, btw are they going to do the brake upgrade for you as it's only got the 305 brakes, i'd really try for it! (although the ride is altered slightly by the larger ones extra weight) and i think the colour will grow on you! enjoy her mate

Re: Mitch's new Snotgreen super wagon
Mint
Yes Hans traded in the JTS for her, BIG step up in Performance.
Chris JCS can't do an upgrade as they aren't technically an Alfa dealer, but I am going to give it a try at my local places. I arent sure if I need to find a fault with them first though and TBH they are great Brakes, better than the JTS even with it's performance pads.
Alfajack, a genuine good condition Guilia GTA 1.6 Stradale, would set you back a cool £60.000. asuming you could find one! , But you can still have a very smart replica for about 10K, and perfectly acceptable GTV or GTJ for half that, and only the knowledgable would know the differance.
