DIY Servicing on 156GTA

Is it recommended ? Do you guys do oil/sparks/air/belts etc ?

I have had a quick nose round under the bonnet and profess to not being even able to see oil filter or spark plugs - I assume they are nestled away underneath and accessible once the undertray comes off ?

I will keep going on the dealer servicing path, but do like the option of changing oil more regularly and trying different plugs, etc.
