Here comes Noddy

or possibly the Roadrunner.

What could be wrong with my horn (), instead of the normal plebeian blasting, old lady scaring blare of Italian over-exuberance I get a "Meep" type noise most often associated with a childs toy car.

What should be under the bonnet and, more to the point, how many counties should it cover?

Sounds like the connection to one of the horns has degraded. Just need cleaning up and away you go If not then it could be the steering wheel fault that the 156/147 gets. Just got to pop the airbag out and replace the board in the wheel. Both cheap fixes

Driven through any large puddles lately?
Used to own a Laguna that developed a "strangled cat" sound, every time it rained hard and I drove through (2-4 inches) of water.
If it's that, it should dry out in a few days and return to normal.

I have the same problem on my 147. I've changed the pcb in the wheel and the clockspring and it still hasn't fixed it...

I may have to carry an Air Horn as a back up!

As said Joe you need to look at the horns on the front on the car. They do fail
