I just fitted these to my car two weeks ago but with the original 147 top mounts. I had to alter them slightly and used some water tap seals between two metal parts that are in contact because I was worried about possible knocking sources.
They are of great quality and allow for camber adjustment at the rear. Couldn't test them yet because the car is at the garage for quaife, cambelt, antirollbar, wheel alignment.
They however are quite stiff but it works on our good roads in switzerland. Not sure about the uk though, some people said they're too hard for your roads.
Can give you more infos about the topmounts if you decide to buy them!
Here in Switzerland the regulations say that the indicators need to be at least 35 cm off the ground. Even with a 30 mm drop you go below that limit. Solution for the problem here is that you remove the original indicators and fit some of these chavtastic led indicators, go to the mot centre where they will measure the ride height, put 4 of their fattest testers in the car and drive around in circles as fast as they can to check for rubbing in the arches. When everything is fine they list the new suspension in the registration document and you're off again! Of course I will remove the stupid led indicators and fit the originals again afterwards.
