Probably wants a cambelt based on age though, maybe a couple of tyres?, a service?. Makes it nearer 10k if that makes you feel any better...

Re: 147 GTA, How Cheap!!!
Its a trader selling it based on Glass's guide. It'll be snapped up soon enough by one the of the independent Alfa dealers and marked-up, just like the facelift 166's always are..

Re: 147 GTA, How Cheap!!!
Pud is right, looking at the pics it seems its a VW dealer who will obviously know s*d all about alfas and Glasses value a 03/53 21k GTA at just over £7500 so there you have it, the standard £1500 mark up on Glasses.....

Re: 147 GTA, How Cheap!!!
Someone with £8,000 or £8,500 in cash should be able to snap that up, its an investment more than anything! It'd sell on again for £10k no problems, and you'd have a good few weeks with a hellish fun car to drive around in

Yep dealer doesn't know what he's got.
Amazing price - hope an end buyer gets it instead of a money grabbing trader

Your car is stunning. Are they the wheels off the GT? 18's? Was the car professionally detailed for that picture (avatar)?

You shouldn't feel sick.. it will need about £2500 spent on it to bring it up to your cars standard.

Exactly what I was thinking, I'd always aim to get 10% off the asking price... 8k cash and it would be yours
