Poly bushes for 147 GTA

I checked the Superflex site and they show bushes for the upper wishbones for 147 and GTA specific AR bar bushes. Are the upper wishbone bushes the same on all the 147s? Anyone know where I can get bushes for lower wishbones and for the rear suspension?

I believe they are the same but I think these guys are cheaper Front Upper Arm Bush, Alfa Romeo 147 , Powerflex Poly bushes PFF1-815

I have investigated the poly bush for upper wishbone. However I noticed the the little ball joint will wear out much quicker than wishbone bush. I believe most of the knocking noise is caused by this ball joint failure.

Agreed, I'm not sure it's worth polybushing them. Most common problems seem to be squeeks from the top wishbones. A healthy spray of silicon seems to resolve most problems as they dry out.

Even in the days of the older Italian car metalastik bushes, they were often quite tricky to replace, as they had to be pressed in to specific depths, to ensure they were correctly installed and functioned correctly. Better going the pre-assembled route now, to save hassle?:
