Did some maintanance today for my 147 GTA

I did some maintanance for my 147 GTA today.

Changed front brake pad to Ferodo DS2500(FCP721H).
Air filter to Autodelta, and pollen filter.

Brake pad is kinda disappointment. I expected more direct feel and some more of bite. I did only bedding today, so maybe I haven't experienced it enough. Also, I will try to bleed the brake, and see how it feels. Btw, anybody has the same feeling for the brake like me? Mine is earlier brake system with the smaller caliper. Let say I press the brake pedal and expect the bite from 1 to 10. The problem is the brake works like 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 7 7 7. There's no 8 9 and 10 bite. Should I press it harder? or any other suggestion?

New Air filter is good. I found the air box screw weren't fixed firmly. So with changing filter and firmly fixed air box, clear growl noise and linear pulls are a little noticeable improvements.

As I was changing the air filter, I found something's missing. Right below the intake pipe. To register the car in Korea, the dealer had to tweak the emission system. Pictures are attached. It would be great if you guys can give me some tips.

I was disappointed with DS2500s on my 2.4 JTD at first, but once they have done a few miles they get so much better.

It is quite possible that you were not hard enough during the bedding in process.

However, after the bedding in, you do need to let them cool properly before using.

Another point. If you used the new DS2500 on old discs, you should have cleaned the discs with emery cloth before fitting the pads.

That clip is for the breather return pipe on the air intake.. nothing should be missing.

I was talking about that bronze colored nozzle look-a-like thingi.
You can see it from the picture below.
There should be a cap?

That's the fuel rail, as long as it isn't spitting petrol all over the engine bay should be alright Seriously, you'd have to think the cap was there for a reason
