Q2 Gta
Had a great day at Chatham for SAD. One of the GTA's there was sporting a cool "Q2" badge. Made me want one fitted to mine.
Have any GTA owners had any problems with this or is it a must have upgrade?

Your GTA looked good there buddy. This Q2 GTA belongs to Nigel "Ferryman_19**" He's actually having the Q2 fitted tomorrow IIRC.

It sure is. I had to park over the other side of the complex to you. I do love the brilliant blue colour.

What's the wait for the Q2 diff upgrade? I'd like to book in for sometime in May if that's possible.. I keep thinking about it and talking about it, I just need to get round to doing it, as everyone that gets it done says how awesome it is.

Dan I can fit you in any time next week on just let me know, I have to say though I think the cost price of the Q2 is going to go up soon as it has been a really popular upgrade.

Re: Q2 Gta
I'm snowed under with uni work now, loads of deadlines between now and the end of April. Then I have exams the first week of May. Best I wait until after then I think..
181 miles travelling each way too, so I'll definitely have to make a day of it

Yup, sure is I was cleaning the car on Saturday and thought I might as well pop the badge on (as I had it). But the Q2 will be fitted tomorrow (Weds), along with Konis + Eibachs and CSC back box. I'll let you know what it's like.
So it will be more than a cool badge, I promise! BTW, at least four people asked me how I found the Q2 and I had to admit all I could say was the badge looks nice.....
Cheers,
Nigel

Hey, I resemble that remark! Can't recommend Ned and Auto Lusso highly enough - very knowledgable, lots of good advice. He's made it very easy for me to spend money. Win/win situation I guess
Cheers,
Nigel
(who just put the CSC exhaust in the boot of the car so I don't forget it)

Re: Q2 Gta
The Q2 mated to the V6 engine is how the cars should have left the factory. The traction and grip in our GT is just staggering
The PF pads with the 330mm Brembo's are a formidable stopping combination too
Nice one Ned & the AL buys

I'm tempted to do the same too. My Q2 diff and new valeo clutch just arrived in the post yesterday from EB Spares. What would i do without Jason and Kevin? Top notch guys they are... Now i can smile like Squadrone Rosso does when he drives his GT with the Q2. From reading his comments, im itching big time to get mine installed....

Yes to the above. As I recall, about 280 but I'll check when I get home. I think that may have been without VAT, will need to check the invoice as I bought some other stuff at the same time. It was the last one they had in stock though.....
Cheers,
Nigel

Re: Q2 Gta
Peer pressure's a terrible thing you know! With everyone here talking about them, I just can't wait any longer! So I've just ordered a Q2 for my GTA from Neil at NJS.
Cheers

Oh yes, definitely a great colour for a GTA, but then I am biased
The Q2 is a must btw to anyone thinking of fitting one

Re: Q2 Gta
Well, I don't have the car back yet - it's still in pieces at Auto Lusso. The waiting is killing me (as is driving a Nissan Primera......). Will report back hopefully tomorrow.
Cheers,
Nigel
