Last Tuesday i took the car out for a spin at night, and it was raining, when i came back i put it in the garage and to my surprise on Thursday afternoon it was almost as wet as when i put it in, So i left the garage door and window open and it sort of dried. Yesterday i checked again and tha tailgate was still wet. I got very frustrated and run to the local currys to buy a little heater fan. This seems to work quiet well. Does anyone else have this humidity problem? Who do you deal with it?
I have a fan heater, and run an old Samsung de-humidifier when the humidity stat goes up high .The fan heater dries the air well enough, but with the Samsung on as well, it gives rapid results.:
If your garage is well draftproofed , a de-humidifier is what you need.
Idealy set to auto with a hose outlet to drain directly outside so you don't need to remember to empty the bucket.
