Back in around 2008 we built an engine for this car after it suffered a hydro lock, since then we have fitted Eibach Pro Street S and Eibach roll bars etc etc, great example of this model
I get every edition of that magazine - it's excellent. They are very pro-Alfa Romeo and usually feature at least one model in some way or another. The Alfa wins that battle with the Golf, BTW.
I'm hoping my copy will be on the mat when I get in.
This is the first car that I've held on to long enough to see the value rise after the initial bottoming out
I finally received my copy in the post yesterday. What a great magazine for the real car enthusiast.....I can't think of many magazines where you can be reading a roadtest between an R32 and a GTA and then be reading about a Sierra XR4x4 and an MG Montego. Highly recommended to all.
In my GTA, I was involuntarily grinning while driving it half the time and the other half of the time, even while stuck in traffic, still feeling like I was in a very nice place to be.
The Golf, I'm sure, would also put a grin on your face every now and again, but then very quickly go: "No, you shall not have any of your zenses of humour here in zis serious auto!" Forcing you to drive around with this face: :disappointed:
