You can't - they have to speak the same language as each other. HOWEVER! if you have a Sony HU hanging around, you can purchase one of these which will make them compatible:

Alfa Romeo CD Changer Interface Adaptor - ADD A CD Changer

You may even find you can get one for a Kenwood?
