Media player voice control

I have the Bose sound system with the SatNav unit. As far as I can see from the various manuals I should be able to control the media player through the Blue and me voice control system but it does not seem to want to know. When I ask for help it gives me the phone commands but none for the player. Am I missing something

If you have the built-in Sat Nav the voice commands are not available for the media player. The Blue&Me with Radionav manual shows all the available commands.
