Insurance? Good deal or too expensive?

Got my G finally yesterday and its a beauty!

Just wanted to know if anyone got any insurance and how much they were charged?

I have been offered 3 years of Gap & RTI insurance, 3 years Tyre insurance and 3 year Smart Insurance (scratches, dents, scuffs which someone comes to repair) for around £900 plus free car mats.

Would this be a good price?

I wasn't offered any insurances like that......

I have just renewed my main policy though, for £270, fully comp, my wife is included, covered for business use, protected NCB and legal cover included.

Mine was £195 but i'm 46 and its the MA on insurance group 23 against the 31 QV

I went through Meerkats and the actual policy is with Quote Me Happy (underwritten by Aviva). I do opt for a £500 voluntary excess which helps keep the premium down. (I'm 49, not that I've found, so far, age to contribute to lower premiums.... )

















& I've claimed my cuddly Meerkat too!

The most I have ever paid was about 20 years ago and that was £750 on a Fiat Tipo 1.9 diesel....
