My luggage is under control

I now have Alfa Giulietta Lugagge Compartment Organiser | Genuine Alfa Accessories so my bag does not fly around and bruise my mid morning banana.

I've found that the semi rigid boot liner Alfa Giulietta Semi Rigid Boot Liner | Genuine Alfa Accessories does a really effective job at stopping things moving in the boot - a small Alfa touring accessories bag thing (fire extinguisher, warning triangle, etc) has stayed where I put it on day 1, whereas on the carpet in the Brera's boot it was all over the place. Shopping bags stay put too unlike the Brera...

OK so it'd be more of a palaver to get to the spare wheel......

Yes it's pricey even after the 10percent discount but it's a heavy wooden replacement floor with the rails set into a groove and carpeted. The wood is painted black and it fits . The weight is probabably good for NVH.

You have a spare wheel??? Do they come with them as standard in the UK? Not even an option here.

They do if, I think I'm right in saying, as long as you don't opt for the Bose, then its the can of jollop and the pump. (It's only a spacesaver.)

The replacement floor obviously does not fold as the original, so must be removed for access to the spare.

To stop my banana flying around and damaging my bag, I have been tempted to buy a banana case from Lakeside!!

I bought some antislip matting stuff and cut it to size which combined with an under parcel shelf net does the trick for my banana and bag slippage issues!

Very creative.Have you been tempted to make some mats for the door pockets?
I miss the lined pockets fitted to the 147 and the Lancias I had in the past. There is a definite lack of rubber inserts etc that even our Multipla has to finish it off.

Not got round to that yet - bit trickier to get the template right! Try not to keep too much in the pockets tbh.

I actually like the limited number of storage areas in the Giulietta.Makes it tidier. The amount of stuff my wife carries in our Multipla distresses me.But I do carry a "Dart tag in the door pocket and the noise of it against plastic is cheap.

I'm starting to feel like a cheapskate now. I was considering one of these:

My 147 Q2 came with a net on the seat back in the boot and this was handy for detailing spray etc .But not fitted to giulietta so I got the organiser.

I had to do that in the Abarth, cheap platics plus big performance was a noisy combination!

Found GT boot net fits Giulietta which was a plus. I bought the plastic boot tray as found in the Abarth it's a real carpet saver, and with non-slip matt practical too!
