Is the red on the 8c different to the normal Alfa red?

Yes you can get Both Alfa Romeo Red or 8C red on the 8C.

The 8C Red Just make the car.

Have a look at the car at my local dealer.

MiTo, 8C Spider

Rosso Alfa on the 8C (code 180) is not the same as Rosso Alfa on other models (code 289).

Then, as already stated, there's Rosso Competizione, which is a metallic multicoat paint (code 202).

I sat in that one at Chris Variava's and they fired it up for me when I brought my Mito! It was parked alone side it, I so wish I'd taken a photo because you can really see the similarities in look between the two. I still want to drive a C8 for myself though.

Here's my 8C next to my MiTo (both Rosso Alfa - 289 for the MiTo, 180 for the 8C)

Never get tired of looking at that 8c Spider MacGeek.

Just beautiful.

The metallic red, Rosso Competizione is IMO one of the nicest reds I've ever seen - on ANY car.
