Headlight wierdness

Hi guys I have managed to keep the car and get a people carrier at the same time yuppie but the headlights on the Alfa are driving me nuts, they are fine on dipped beam but when I put them on main beam one bulb does not work, The bulbs are new as well , Philipes 50% brighter bulbs which seem to work well. Its always the same bulb and was the same with the old bulbs hence the new ones, I thought the bulb had gone.

Thanks guys

The trim (plastic strip) from around my rear door window fell of and I have lost it anyone got any spare and a petrol cap would be cool

Re: Headlight wierdness

Yep, is likely to be in the wiring to that specific lamp as the other hand works. Put a voltmeter across the 2 terminals of the bulb holder and work back from there via the headlamp connector, back to the point in the harness where the headlamp connections branch out of the main loom.
