As Guf said, rust! But I wouldn't be too bothered about superficial stuff, but look at jacking points (all four) the inside and outside of the chassis rails (near the sump).......specifically at the fold near the bottom of the inner wing, I've repaired a couple that had cracked there and they are a bit of a chew on! Under the rear lights where the back panel meets the 1/4's and also where the 1/4's meet the sills (open the rear doors) and also at the base of the "b" pillar where it meets the sill, and where the bump stops on the boot contact the back panel (join).........the list is quite long, but that's the common ones covered!
As I've found recently, quite a bit of stuff is NLA so you may need to get a bit creative if there are any mechanical problems!
If it's a V6 also check for floaters in the expansion tank, if there are some they may disapear after a long drive, but head gaskets are a known problem!
