Rough,lumpy ride (urgent)

Hey guys,
I just took my Alfa out for a refill & a thorough wash and wax but right after washing it I noticed it's got a rough idle, the ride has become lumpy and it sounds different,like it's running on one less cylinder..not to mention the power loss.
I'm guessing it could either be the spark plugs,injectors or the coil pack but as the coil pack has been recently changed I'm not so sure.
The thing is,I'll have to drive to the airport tomorrow which is a sunday & get my mother whom is flying here for a visit;and that's a 500 kilometer drive.
The car was fine right before the refuel/wash & I didn't expect any problems what so ever as I had serviced it a month ago.
What do you guys suggest I do?!

Nope,the coils were loose,so basically one of the spark plugs wasn't firing and I had to drive 500 kilometers on 5 cylinders; to be honest it wasn't that bad,The engine sounded like half a Lambo V10!

True! I was afraid she would let me down but no,she drove on like a boss! going 180 kph with one less cylinder is no small feat coming from a 24 year old Italian!

Only counts as a reliablilty issue if he actually stops you from driving it!
