75 v6 brake upgrade?

Hi Everyone!
I wonder if you could tell me what front brakes can be fitted to a E reg 75 3.0v6 veloce
it is my dads car and wants to uprate the brakes, it has had new rear discs and calipers fitted on the rear! a while ago tho! ( about 8 years ) It has been dry stored since. I think he's decided its been sat still long enough!!
Thanks Mark.

the cheapest upgrade is to use Alfa 166 4 pots but you need somewhere to make you an adaptor plate

AR 75

you can upgrade to a bigger disc brakes (166 or GTA) but belive it would be better to buy a grooved new ones for 75 with some racing pads as they do the same thing as an upgraded bigger discs and that way you save yourself a lot of money and time

with bigger discs you can forget 15' alloys on the car

Check this out from RSRacing, is it within budget? It requires 16" wheels though:

I replaced the brake bias valve with an adjustable one from demon tweeks and it made a vast difference on its own. Much more predictable pedal

Various

I've also recently junked the standard proportioning valve and replaced with an adjustable one. I tested the maximum rear brake force before and after on a roller brake tester and got a 50% improvement with the adjustable valve. I've tried really hard but haven't yet managed to get the rears to lock before the fronts and if I did I could just alter the bias.
It cost about £50 and took about an hour to fit so.....
