New owner of TS 75 LE.

Purchased a ratty old 75 TS, purchased it for a track day I’m doing and cause it was cheap and had full MOT and 6 months tax. Also always wanted to own the fabled RWD Alfa of yonder!!

Anyway it has nice recaro seats in good condition and a plaque on dash under ashtray saying 1022 with alfa logo next to it, not sure what that means? Any ideas??

Also has weird handbrake and took me 30 mins to open my windows and when I do the driver behind me thinks I’m flicking the bird!!!

Overall it’s a ratty old girl but seems to go ok, loads of flashing red lights and petrol gauge doesn’t work. Massive mileage but wonder now if this 1022 means its worth keeping standard and not stripping it for track day?

You basicly answered that question in your title Alfa 75 TS LE limited edition There were 5000 produced IIRC and im sure somebody will have an idea how many remain, not sure how rare they are although id assume they are not as rare as a lot of other Alfas out there!

As for warning lights and fuel guage....that just shows you got a good one If they dont have lights on then suspect its been fiddled with

You will have to post some pictures

Well done!

I did that 5 years ago but decided the car was too good to strip out so I've been trying to put it back to standard since. It came with front bucket seats already fitted but I managed to get a good Recaro interior at a good price.
Still got the bucket seats which have the runners attached so will just bolt in. PM me if you're interested.

I dont suppose you still have this? Im after some Recaros for a 75 LE and cant find them anywhere! Im going to have to buy a car with Recaros, fit the black leather out of mine and sell the car on in order to aquire the seats I want.

I'd try and bring it back to standard .. has to be worth more than a bog standard 75.
