Scaligeri

Cant help but send a few words of encouragement.
All around the world, and even in Australia people are encouraged by the work you have done so far (with apprentice son's help).
Hope you get an answer soon, remember you're not alone, and sometimes we need to back off to get a clear look. And these cars can be more than frustrating !***! Its a pleasure and pain thing? Hang in there.

Havent done a dash yet, but guess thats to come for me.

Re: Dashboard Refit on a 75

Hi,

Assuming the side vents have not already come apart on you They are a two-part plastic construction. I've never really had a problem refitting them, and I've had a few occasions to do so. Most times I refit the back piece first. The trick here is to manoeuvre the tail of this piece into the outlet ducting that attaches to the heater/fan unit. Next the actual facia/vent bit clips on to the back-piece. Make sure to line the opening/closing rod on the front-piece into the slot provided in the back.
HTH,

Ed.

Re: Dashboard Refit on a 75

Glad to hear that Scaligeri.

Cleaned the 4x start relay contacts on my 75 TS yesterday.
More power, better starting smoother idle. As good as putting in new battery.

Back to work - but not on the 75 unfortunately
