was hoping to get the wax-oyl done today but the weather put paid to that, a nice warm & dry day is what i needed, a windy wet & cold day is what i got
made the most of it and put the reat of the glass in to keep the weather out a bit better.
the frames on the rear windows are freshly painted along with the strips that hold the seals in place. new zinc screws with a healthy dose of wax-oyl should help to keep the rust at bay
got the passenger side windows put in also, and the freshly painted door weather strip. the rear vent has gone in but only to keep the weather out, it will come off again for the gutter trim to be painted to match the rest and be cleaned a bit better.
also i couldn't restist fitting the rear lights, not only to see the effect but they will also help to keep the rain out. that side of the car gets dripped on if the wind direction and rain combine like today so the car was getting some water inside. should be nice and dry now
may get chance to wax-oyl it tomorrow morning as the weather may improve, but at least it looks
like i achieved something this afternoon
