What is "throttle valve opening switch" for?

What is the Min and max throttle valve opening switch for on the 33?

It sits on the side of the right air valve.

if this little thing is off or is adjusted wrong, can this affect the ignition or injection?

This fellow can be adjusted very much, andybody who nows more about this?

max switch is for ignition advance on high rpm and min is fuel cut of switch . when throtle is close and rpm is higher off 1300
