I'm sure 'rgwm' didn't mean anything by it, but Yep, if you have a 105 series coupe you drive a 'proper' Alfa, "proper Alfas are rear wheel drive, Blah Blah blah........" "The Sud wasn't built in the real Alfa factory blah blah blah..." If you have a Sud it still isn't viewed as anything special by many people, even though the Sud is far rarer, takes more passion, determination and expertise to keep on the road. Also the Sud is driven by a great bunch of friendly people willing to share help and info. I recently went to a local classic car show, and the steward pointed me to the general public car park, until i pointed out to him that i was driving a 1977 Sud ti !!!
Our time will come, but the important thing is that we know what a great classic the sud is.
