ok many thanks for your help, I did think that perhaps some hose suitable for oil coolers might be ok if I can find the correct size. Is the smaller hose pressurised? I think it is something like 12mm inside diameter, I also need a length of that
any pipe after the pump will be pressurised IIRC.
As said earlier, when i replaced them on the 155, Pirtek did a replacement which is slightly thicker than the original on mine, but the ID was same.
The part I got was : PIRTEK 100R6-08 12.7MM (1/2") WP 28 Bar (400psi) BP 112 Bar (1620psi) EN854 180711
Think it cost about £20 for around 2 metres length.
If you take the piece you need to replace to them, they'll find a suitable hose for you.
Or if you can't get it to them, measure the length of hose required with a piece of string.
It sounds like the hose is the same size as the ones I have on the 155, and the one I listed above will do the job just fine, and has a Working Pressure (WP) & Burst Pressure (BP) high enough.
IIRC the ID was 11mm on original.
BTW I am in no way affiliated to Pirtek, it's just where I got mine, and you can probably go to any hydraulic hose supplier to get a replacement, no need to get OE as they cost at least twice the price.
