Original, Concours Alfasud...
I recently posted some pics of my Alfasud on here, but in the 'Just Images' section.
Thought I might put 'em up on this thread as well for the Sud fans...
It's a 1983 Ti 1.5 QV, and has travelled 39,900 kilometers since new.
It is completely original, down to the Pirelli P6 tyres that were fitted at the factory. And the warm, dry climate here in Australia means that car has absolutlely no rust!
The car is stored in a lock-up garage and is kept under a car-cover. I start it every other week, and drive it once a month to keep everything working.
I need to get myself a second set of wheels that I can put new tyres on for the driving. I figure I'll keep the original ones for when I show the car, but know they are not good for driving on now 'cause they're too old.
It was entered in the Concorso D'Eleganza here in Sydney in 2003 and won its class. Next time I'll probably put it in the outright Concours and see how it goes.
Attached to this post are some exterior pics. I'll put some interior and engine shots up next...
What do you think of it?
