never enough money in the final product ade to allow the cars to be restored on a professional basis, costs would be 4 or 5 times to final value.
folks spend about £15k+ at work restoring the campervans but the value is there once they're done so it's kind of justified.

aiming to get it mobile asap so i can trailer it down to a promising local spray man who i spoke to last sunday.
so this afternoon in between blazing sunshine with temps in the 90's and the thunderstorms mixed in with hailstones
i finally got the wings refitted and lined up with the doors and bonnet. pretty happy with the alignment of them all, gaps are not bad at all by sud standards but a bid wider than modern cars, to be expected. all swage lines continue nicely though and the gaps are parrallel.
so the doors came off again and the wings gaps were sealed once all was in position.
some small repairs to do where they meet the front panel but no big deal
