Switching to NGK's equivalent plugs was the right thing to do.
HT leads though arent always good quality. Paid 130 Euros for a set of MAGNECOR KV85 leads, and I couldnt figure out why after a month the car was kicking about in low revs. Turned out to be one of those leads.
Replaced them to the old scruffy looking ones and problem was solved !
I would recommend, as a first move, to swap your HT leads back to your stock ones, and see if that makes any difference.
The most simple things are sometimes the cause of big headaches .
