is bad for your health.

So when I realised that the heater fan control stalk was the cause of the smoke from the steering column area, I turned it off!

Got to love old Italian electrics!

Probably dirty switch contacts causing a spot of high resistance. I had the same thing from the indicators once.

Got to love old Italian electrics!

I had a lucky escape when I opened the glove compartment and it blew something with smoke filling up the inside of the car. Same fuse as the electric windows so I had stop rapidly and open the doors!

My father-in-law keeps busting my balls to sell the old alfa and get something reliable as there is always something wrong. (he mentioned getting a french car!!)
