I used the SC's valves cams, followers and tappets.
Timing .... it wouldnt go EXACTLY where I wanted it to, so I might be a tooth out on the left side.
The carbs need adjusting for sure though.
I checked the mixture bolts, and they were 1 round from fully in on the right side, and 6 rounds from the left side.
That would explain the unbalanced idling up to a point.
At first I thought it might need to run a bit to "wash" the carbs with petrol.
now I'm sure I need to play with it a bit.
