No, there are 2 versions of 16v cat and manifold listed.
Search Eper without using a chassis number under exhaust piping, then select the last item in the list 10258/06 this is for the 16v cat (vehicle version number M9 1.7 16v USA-83). In this section you will see that there are 2 manifold part numbers and 2 cat part numbers which all apply to V2, V3 and V7 which are 4x2 hatch Elegant, 4x2 hatch sport and Sportwagon 4x2 Elegant respectively. So there are 2 versions of cat and manifold for the 16v cat although I don't know what the differences are.
If you now search for the 8v manifold and cat using the same method: select exhaust piping then select 10258/04 1.7 8v USA 83 you will see that there are 3 part numbers for manifolds and 3 for cats which apply to engine codes M6 & M7 which is the 1.7 8v cat in 2wd versions (V1, V2, V3 and V7).
It appears that the copper gasket that goes between the end of the manifold and the cat also has 2 part numbers for the 16v but I suspect one is just an updated version. The 8v version has a different part number too but its a different shape.
It really looks to me as though CSC have got their design wrong, I think I'll have to email them with some photos and see if they can help. They are still producing the manifold but have now switched to stainless steel (for the same price), mine is only mild steel
