Boxer diff change.

Does anyone know how straightforward it is to change the diff on a 33 16v gearbox while it is still in the car. I have done a couple with the gearbox on the bench in the past but I don't need to take the engine out of the car for anything at the moment. Just trying to save a bit of work.
I am swapping the std diff for a Quaife LSD.

The diff can be extracted without removing the gearbox/drivetrain.
