I made an flywheel locking tool for this job out of plastic...
it was a "D" shaped 5mm thick piece of plastic with 1 hole on the top (narrow part) that was fixed to the engine block and 2 holes in the bottom that I attached to the flywheel.
I think I will lock it using both forms, big block of wood inside the crank on the webs and also lock the flywheel with a solid piece of wood under the flywheel cover tightened.
i will try will all my might to loosen it by hand with a 500mm breaker bar I have. Lots of WD40 also.
Otherwise I will have issues and have to hire an air wrench or try to lump the engine somehow to the local garage in the country. There's a mitshubishi workshop about a km away with an air wrench but getting the block there is the issue.
Maybe I can pay him to bring his wrench and air bottle to my house!
Maybe have to strip it down and try to get it into the back of my father in laws car!!!
Oil filler tube will need to come out!
fingers crossed the breaker bar will work without pulling too many tendons and broken fingers.
(or another option is to drive it there, loosen it with the air wrench), and tighten it lightly, drive back slowly (1km) and take it off with the breaker bar at home)
