Maybe the scrapman knows what it is.
If he offered a fair price, maybe £5K for a GT or say £50K for a GTA,
then human nature being what it is, the vendor might think "hmm I've got something valuable,
I will see if I can get more elsewhere", and the scrapman wouldn't get it but if only £500 was offered, the vendor might think
"Oh let's get rid of this wothless heap of rubbish" and accept his offer.
Wouldn't we all like to BE OFFERED a GTA for Sprint GT money?
If it does have the rivets in the gutters, then it's probably a GTA but there have been I or 2 cars
sold in auction with rivets and described as GTAs which were not genuine cars.
