1.7 mech engine and 40mm carbs

Hi now i have all required parts (apart from carbs) for my S1 sud i have removed the 1.7 engine and am keen to have it gone from my shed. Engine was in excellent running order when removed (2 weeks ago).
heres some background on it.
near new clutch and plate
most pipework looks in good order
carbs where running very well before removed, complete with balance bars and sock filters.
oil changed recently and been regulary serviced
cambelt was replaced 15K ago, but i would do it, as there look to be a couple of marks.
includes starter
alternator in place but charging circuts have been removed

Engine has been used for past 2-3years as a track day car, normally only does 6-10 sessions a year.

I would have to guess on a price so could we try make an offer in the first instance? if this breaks rules let me know and i will try to think what it is worth to me. I am in the UK once a month for a week (normally in manchester) but i would travel)
