silly question, sud ride height

silly question, whats the "best" rde heightfor a sud ?

should the lower arms be flat/ parallel to the road ?

whats best for handling, i dont need it / want it to look boy racer low !

I had to buy "lowered" shocks and springs for mine (originals not around any more) but haven't got that far in the restore to see what they look like
Have been told though that you will need to reinforce the front inner wings to cope with lowering / stiffening the suspension
