I'm about to get started on getting the alfa back on the road about in time for it's MOT to roll around already.
Anyone who recognises me might know that I have had the engine out and rebuilt it (just before the real cold weather)
The engine found its way back in, along with brakes and gearbox.
I am at a stage now where i need to test the engine, I have enlisted the help of some family to sort the carb's and ignition timing but im stuck as to know what wiring does what under the bonnet.
Does anyone have the time or some pics that might help me out?
As far as i can see, there is a section for the alternator, a couple for the starter, 2 green single core cables to a spade on one head, and a yellow core that looks like it might go to a sensor near the dipstick.
I have replaced the earthing strap as it had seen better days - anything else to look out for?
Also I am a little unsure on the plumbing - does anyone have any clear top-down pics of the engine bay to give me a helping hand as to what goes where?
If I can get the engine running, the exhaust back together and the front right caliper un-seized I might see some of you on the road in the coming few weeks
Thanks for any help anyone can give!
