there are 4 bolts that hold the strut to the hub, you leave the lowest bolt hole alone, but elongate the other 3 to allow the hub to move in relation to the strut. image holding the hub and being able to move the top of the flange toward the strut, the holes have to be drilled out to allow this movement.
so once you have done the holes refit the hub bolts with bigger / wider washers, get the camber set to where you want it and wed the washers in place to ensure they are set correctly if you ever need to dismatle it again.
if you have 33 struts its a little trickier, im working on a fix for mine at the moment,
