Carb removal is easy (at least for the twin carb model)
Remove the air filter box, disconnect the choke and accelerator cables, fuel hoses and black hoses which equalise the air pressure
Each carb is held in place by 4 nuts that hold and locate the carb in place.
I think that’s about it – takes about ½ hour to get both off.
I don’t think you even need to replace the gasket between the carb and the manifold since it is not normally damaged when the carb is removed.
But it's been 6 years since I had my Sprint so I might have missed something but it's very easy and nothing unusual to watch out for.
