I think the 14.7-15 AFR is very good, when cruising at constant speeds, it's also good for the fuel economy.
What is the AFR value during hard accelerations? (If you have AFR values around 13.5, it might not worth diassemble the carbs again.)

Under hard acceleration so far it's around 12.5-13.5. (I assume when the pump jets squirt the petrol down the barrels).

I also have a small flexible pipe just in front of the radiator, behind the grill, which feeds into the small air intake tube of the air filter box, this will act as a cold air induction tube at high speeds.

Idle jets I'm getting about 13.1 which is good for acceleration up to 3000 rpm.
