Thanks Markp2, I will whip a front one out to check when I can. Regarding the SS tube in the centre of the bush just sliding out, that is exactly why I put a washer either side of all the rear trailing arms, I am surprised that powerflex didn’t add them in their product. Having said that no one has ever complained and it is just me probably worrying for nothing.
My concern was that as the tube is not moulded into the powerflex bush as a normal rubber one is, then it might be possible for it to slide out/off or over the bolt holding it in place. Although this seems unlikely due to the panard rod preventing lateral movement adding security and decreasing the movement of said bush can’t be a bad thing.
This does not happen very often and I stand by powerflex, I have heard good customer support from their side, shown right here by Markp2 having his replaced.
With all companies customer service and good quality products make or brake a companies name, I am sure if my bushes are at fault, powerflex will replace them.
I cant do anything until i can borrow a video camera to record the bushes movements and send to powerflex as i dont have any spare trailing arms to replace mine with.
As it is, the movement is brobably no worse than a standard bush but not what you would expect from an uprated bush.
Don't be put off, once you have had them fitted you will love the results.
