measuring them with a vernier. buts its not lift whiich is giving me a concern. On an Early cam, apart from the height, the lobes are completely different shapes. looking at an early inlet cam from opposite end to pulley the outer lobe leads in a clockwise direction and is pointed in comparison to the inner lobe which although gives more lift is a much more rounded profile.
On an exhaust cam its the inner lobe which leads and the lobes look like the same profile.
Just stripping my second head and this also loks like it has 2 "exhaust" cams fitted.
