my new daily

my white 33 SW 1.4ie was getting tired, and needed a lot of work to be reliable again
- clutch gone
- gearbox tired
- almost no oil pressure on coldstart
- a couple of wheelbearings noisy
- both springbearings gone
- a lot of rust coming through

so i decided to start searching a new daily, and strip the white one for parts

last week i spotted this for sale

used to be a '92 33 SW 1.5IE

the 1.5 engine was crap, so was replaced with a chipped 16v

interior now a reconditioned RECARO with alcantara

do not really like the wheels
maybe they'll look better with the white centers painted black

and the car is to loud for my taste with the OMP groupN exhaust, and if it's to loud for my taste, it really is loud

Yes the wheels are awful and should be replaces or at least be painted black.

wheels are first on the to-do-list

at first paint the centers black, and if i still don't like those wheels i have a few other sets lying around
maybe my 16" azevA

after that i'll finish the interior, a couple of parts of the dashboard are gone/broken
then i'll find me another exhaust, this one really is to loud for me, i must be getting old
