Had a bit better chance to access the old girl this morning, the photos I posted last night were taken a year ago by the owner but it's still in much the same condition now though, only minus the nearside rear quater glass and it's rear lights for some reason, I guess he had started to break it.
Had a good look underneath and it's as solid as very solid thing, all jacking points are perfect, even the middle and rear sections of the exhaust system are in reasonable condition. Body wise all the trim and bumpers ect are there and in very good condition. The interior has been partly dismantled but as far as I can see is all present and in good condition, even the original stereo, well I presume it's original as it's Blaupunkt of the right sort of vintage.
Body work wise all the panels are straight and rust free with the exception a easily repairable dent on one of the rear quarters and some scuffing on the nearside front wing.
The gearbox and drive train are intact and untouched.
Forgot to check the mileage, but I think its low judging by the condition of the seats ect. I'll see if I can dig up any service history as well.
I'll give it a good wash on the weekend, clean the interior out of rubbish and post up some detailed photos of every part of the car.
Watch this space.
