What a fantastic little 33! Very tidy. They are fantastic little cars, great handling and really eager. It'll bring a smile to your face every time. Very very reliable too.
None of the problems in your list are going to cause you too much trouble - they're all very common and nothing major.
2nd gear synchro is always worn on these cars. Not really worth fixing unless it's awful. When it's cold go a little slowly in the 1st-2nd direction and it should be fine. You might want to learn to double-declutch downchange to avoid the graunch. If you do want to change it spares are plentiful, but there's a bit of labour involved. Definitely part of the character.
Rattle at idle from the gearbox is standard issue. It usually goes away when you push the clutch in. I think (?) it's the input shaft bearing - my Sud track car rattles very loudly but no harm done.
Rear wheel bearings are quite easy to tighten up yourself, or a quick job for the workshop.
Oil leak from the gear box selector shaft is also common (rear of gearbox - usually sprays gearbox oil over the underside of the car). It usually doesn't lose a large quantity of oil, but you might want to check the level every few months. The filler nut is on the side of the gearbox, the oil should be level with the bottom of the filler.
Nothing else there is major. The boxer engine is incredibly tough - the last 33 I had was pushing 300,000km without any great problem, and I gave it a good thrashing. It's still in the extended family and going strong.
