Tyre pressure advice

Looking for advice on the best tyre pressure to use on the 33. I'm not near the car but from memory it's running 185/60s on the standard 14" 16V alloys. I'm currently running around 34psi at the front/30psi at the back but just wondered what people suggested?

I have the same setup on the Sprint; Alfa 33 16V suspension with Speedline 14" wheels and 185/60R14 tyres. But the front a/r bar is from an Alfasud Series 1 and it has Sud front camber/tow out values too.

I use 34/30 or 34/31 most of the time and the steering is quite neutral; especially in high speed long curves the car is solid as a rock. It seems to need a little lower pressure in the rear (perhaps 28-29) for really fast driving on twisty roads.

I have just the manual for the 33 and it states 2.2 bar front & 1.8 bar rear unless fully loaded when it should be 2.2 rear. I think that equates to about 32 psi front 26 psi rear.

The sud manual on the other hand states 26 front 23 rear (psi). I have been running mine with 28 psi all round and then up that to 33/30 for track days.

Not sure if this really helps!

Just had a look in my owners manual, and this recommends 2.0 bar/Front and 1.8 bar/rear.
Which I think is about 29F/26R.

I am running with 32F/29R which I am happy with.
Tyres are 185/60 HR14 PIRELLI P4000.

Hope this helps a bit.

40 on track days and 36 on normal roads, and i don't have a problem, steering is good, maybe a squigum of lift off over steer but i can go round a bend at oran park at bout 60 mph that will spin out most things at about 50

for us metric people bout 100kph for the bend that spins people out at 70
