I'm sure its something simple. Usually is with these engines.
First of all you need to think what happens when the engine gets warm ! Idle valve drovps the revs, vacum takes place on the dizzy and less fuel is injected through the injectors.
So its :
1 - either a worn spark or spark cable
2 - or a vacum hose thats craked
3 - or a stuck injector
4 - or finally if your car is catalytic - the lamda sensor. ! That you can just take off and see if it goes back to normal to check it.
This is solutions asuming that you havent messed with timing !
